"Garnet" has just been launched following a full cosmetic refit during 2019/20. She was purchased by her present owner in 2019, her owner runs a specialist wooden boat restoration company based on the Thames. She was transported by road there in 2019 and has been re-painted, varnished and thoroughly serviced, her halyards have been renewed, a new dinghy purchased and new berth cushions fitted.
"Garnet" was built in New Zealand of the finest materials, in 2009 she had a complete refit including new decks, new rigging and new interior. She was then cruised to the UK and has paid VAT. She really is a striking boat with some exquisite fittings and detailing, currently lying afloat with a planned trip to Tollesbury shortly.
