The Hunter Horizon 32 proved an instant hit for the British builder following its launch in 1986 with the design winning the ‘Best Production Boat Award’ in 1987. With her pilot house design offering a full internal helm station and nav station she was ideally suited to cruising in the variable British climate.

AVALON OF CHOR has only been with her current owners since 2020 and is reluctantly offered for sale due to health problems. Cruising the west coast of Scotland in 2020 and 2021 she has proven to be the perfect size for a couple to comfortably cruise with plenty of space with guests. With her owners swallowing the anchor she is offered for sail with a full inventory including a vast quantity of spares, ideally suited to a first time buyer. Her inventory highlights include:

Hull Construction:

Single piece GRP moulded hull.

Internal structure formed in GRP and laminated as part of hull

Plywood bulkhead secured to hull and deck

Internal GRP moulding to form cabin sole and base of wheel house furniture units.

Externally finished in original off-white gelcoat

White antifouling applied below the waterline
