 An extremely well cared for example and a very unique opportunity to own this stunning Yacht. Temptation II has been meticulously maintained. She has had a large amount of time and money spent both on the interior and exterior being a complete re-fit and upgrade over the last 22 years.

Not only is this a fantastic Yacht but she has also been used as a successful lettings business with a considerable turnover. The current owners will be handing over all of the Business aspects to the new owner (s) where the current owners are also happy to assist with the Business activities following purchase. 



Mechanical

Interior & Domestic

- Entering through the back deck double doors you will find yourself in the spacious Saloon 

- Large surround windows give fantastic natural light throughout the saloon with blinds and curtains to give increased privacy 

- Port side you will find 2 x arm chairs, one of which will convert to a single bed 

- Port side French antique small chest of drawers 

- Starboard side you will find a large and comfortable 3 seater sofa which also converts to a double sofa bed

- A glass coffee table is well positioned in the centre of the Saloon 

- Heading forward you will find the original cabinets with the fold out drinks cabinet and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards 

- Large windows give a fantastic view of the Bridge

- Connecting door leading through to the Bridge 

- In the Bridge you will find a large bench style helm seat with lots of storage space

Galley

- The galley and dining area consist of a large U shaped sofa with solid dining table with cupboards all around for utensils 

- The Galley consists of a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob,  neff extractor fan, hot and cold sink with water filter for drinking water and also a dryer 

- The galley also provides access to the "pump room" where there is an additional deep freezer

- Corianne work surfaces (very robust material) 

Accommodation 

- Heading forward of the Galley is the crews quarters or additional cabin

- V style double berth with wardrobe 

- En-suite toilet and shower 

- Access to the laundry room with washer, dryer, storage and hanging space

- Head back up the stairs and through the galley you will find yourself in the corridor which houses the main living areas 

- The large port holes give lovely natural light throughout the corridors and cabins 

- The first door gives access to the twin bedroom with good size beds, storage and wardrobe 

- Ensuite shower and day head which is beautifully finished and lit, with a full size stand up shower, sink and electric flush toilet 

- Head further aft and you will find the Master Cabin with a Super-King bed, lots of lovely natural light, storage and a large flat screen TV 

- The master has an en-suite, beautifully finished, with sink, electric flush toilet, small bath and rainfall shower 

- En-suite bathrooms also have Corianna sinks and tops


Deck

- Teak decking throughout the exterior of the boat 

- Wooden rubbing strake with stainless steel strip surrounds the vessel 

- Bow fender storage on port and starboard sides 

- Large stainless steel bow rails and cleats throughout

- Good size and safe steps give good access to the flybridge

- Fantastic 360 view on the flybridge 

- A real head turner with the 4 seater Hot Tub with lights and water jets, situated perfectly on the flybridge with spectacular views to the stern

- Beautiful teak decking in the back deck is a highlight (all the decking has been replaced and can look like this - the back deck was just sanded recently).

- Access to the saloon through the large double sliding doors

Owners Comments

Temptation II is a luxury classic motor yacht that has been completely restored and upgraded. She was custom built to Lloyd's standards costing over £1,000,000 and finished to European specifications by Trojan Yachts situated by Niagra Falls in Canada. She was bought down the St. Lawrence waterway to New York where she was shipped to her owner in Europe.

- Underwater hull shaved and re-gel coated
