The Fountaine Pajot, Isla 40 Hummingbird is offered for sale based in Italy. Designed by Berret-Racoupeau she is an EU VAT Paid, Owners model and been privately owned and never chartered.

The Isla 40 was introduced in 2020 as the successor to the Lucia 40, she is designed for comfortable coastal cruising and blue water passage making, with a strong emphasis on living space and ease of handling. The modern inverted stems provide a longer water line and additional buoyancy to the bow sections.

Hummingbird boasts the larger than standard engines. She has been designed and set up for comfortable cruising and easy handling by a small crew giving a stable and comfortable ride. 

As always with Fountaine Pajot, safety is essential, and with the mid-helm, you are always in view of each other, which is very important if there are two of you on board. Crash zones in the bow and sacrificial keels to maintain the hull's integrity.

The Galley is positioned so that anyone cooking is very involved with everyone and enjoying the view, not missing any of those valuable moments. Alternatively, you may just want to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in the cockpit area with its large, comfortable seats or on the spacious bow, feeling the wind. 

Down below is the spacious Maestro (owners) cabin with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a large cupboard, large enough for towels and a washing machine. The two other cabins enjoy a shared and en-suite bathroom with shower.
