ABYA Academy is responsible for delivering our Member Training Programmes.
The goal of the Academy is to develop the professionalism of our Members through on-line modules, practical trainings, one-day courses and educational site visits.
Training Programmes will be completed by attendance at events, completing on-line modules and other training activities – linking to each Member’s individual Continuing Professional Development.
Personalised training courses can be developed for each member depending on their past experience. Those already with a diploma in a particular area will be able to work with the Academy to identify which competencies that diploma has fulfilled. Members will be able to attend local events, perhaps in bookkeeping/accounts; Health & Safety, etc. – generic bases for running a business, as well as undertaking training in areas specific to their work.
