The Halberg Rassy 352 is a timeless classic among cruising yachts, renowned for its exceptional quality, seaworthiness, and comfort. Uiver is a robust blue-water cruising yacht with a centre cockpit layout providing a secure helm station and excellent protection from the elements. The yacht's sleek lines, graceful sheer, and balanced proportions give it a timeless aesthetic that continues to turn heads in marinas and open waters alike.
More than 800 HR 352s were built. This early example has a replaced teak deck which is glued, not screwed, so there are no troublesome screw holes. It has a powerful 50HP replacement Peugeot engine allowing for economical spares.
There are many recent upgrades which include new cruising chute, mainsail and stack pack, new hatches and portlights, new cockpit cover and sprayhood, and a refitted navigation station including switchboard and wiring.
An independent survey of the state of the hull GRP is available to prospective purchasers.
UIVER has been professionally and lovingly maintained at Deacon’s Boatyard by her current owner and is ready for her next owners to put to sea in short order. She has a full inventory and equipment list that make this yacht remarkable value.

Owners Comments
I bought the boat in the Netherlands when UK was still part of the EU. I will provide with Uiver a formal written declaration from Netherlands customs dated 17-10-2005. The full text (in translation) reads: “This declaration is given by the Netherlands customs. It serves as proof that VAT has been paid for the pleasure craft which is described hereafter. With this declaration the craft will be admitted with exemption on return to the Netherlands. This declaration is valid for an unlimited duration and belongs with the craft. When ownership of the craft changes the declaration can be transferred to the new owner. It is advisable to keep this declaration on board”
