Marketing Description

The Beneteau Oceanis 323 is a family cruiser with a surprisingly spacious interior.  They are easily handled and have great performance and continue to be a popular choice.  This very carefully maintained example is extremely well equipped and nicely presented with many updates and upgrades since 2020. Mechanical

Located abaft the companionway. Year 2005, Volvo Penta MD2020 three cylinder 20hp diesel engine.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger.  Shaft drive to fixed two bladed propeller.  
Rope cutter to shaft.  
60 litre plastic fuel capacity.  
Single lever control.  
The engine has been regularly and fully serviced by Dickies of Bangor (Volvo agent). Exhaust elbow replaced in 2022, Cutlass bearing replaced in 2023, and most recent service completed in April 2024. *2025 engine service to be completed in the the next month.

Accommodation

'Owners Version' - The accommodation offers 6 berths in 2 cabins with full standing headroom throughout. 

Forward cabin with a double berth. 

There are two single settee berths in the saloon either side of the polished wood dropleaf saloon table. There are storage lockers and quality varnished cabinetry throughout. 

The galley is to port and and is well equipped with a two burner gas stove with oven, a fridge and a stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold water supply. 

The large head compartment is to starboard and has a marine toilet c/w 85L holding tank, a hand basin with hot/cold water supply and a separate shower. 

The aft cabin is to port and provides a generous double berth.

White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to decks.
