This Dehler 34, built in 1992, is a stylish fast cruiser combining race-winning performance with good cruising accommodation. “Ondine” has been optimised for cruising, so it has a headsail furling and loose-foot battened mainsail.  She has six berths in two cabins and the saloon with a marine head and a holding tank. She has a 2009 Yanmar 3YM30  27HP engine. She is presented in good condition, has been regularly maintained and updated. “Ondine is currently in the water at Dover Marina. Only 2 owners from new. The current owner has owned this yacht for the past 22 years.

The Dehler 34 offers 6 berths in 3 cabins with 6' maximum headroom. 

V-berth in forepeak with opening hatch to foredeck, overhead lockers and storage beneath berths. Saloon consisting of a central table with folding leaves, single berths to port and starboard with lockers above and beneath. Chart table to starboard facing outboard with instrumentation, electrical panel and various lockers. 

Galley area to port equipped with a 2-burner gas cooker with oven, twin stainless steel sinks, coolbox and ample storage. Separate heads compartment with a marine toilet with a recent 30 litre holding tank, wash basin, opening portlight and hanging locker.

Aft cabin with a double berth, two opening port lights and a locker. Pressurised cold water is supplied to the galley sink and heads basin from a 90-litre freshwater tank. Blue draylon upholstery. Teak and holly sole boards. ns. 4 x Opening portlight hatches in main cabin. The yacht is also fitted with Eberspacher diesel cabin heating. The cabins have been insulated to reduce the level of any condensation.

It has a large, spacious cockpit with good locker storage space.

History & Construction

Dehler 34 built in 1992 by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH, Germany, to a Van de Stadt design. Light grey GRP hull in good condition, superstructure and decks with grey styling stripes and non-slip deck surfaces. Cast iron fin keel.  Wheel steering to elliptical spade rudder. Self-draining cockpit. This yacht has been owned by the current owner for the past 22 years. She was last surveyed for insurance in 2017. The yacht was last ashore in 2025 when she was antifouled, anodes changed, and hull polished. The owner is selling as they are retiring from sailing.

Spars and Sails

Fractional rigged Bermudan sloop. Silver anodised aluminium alloy deck-stepped mast and boom. Spinnaker pole. Original stainless steel standing rigging. It is fitted with a boom strut, Terylene, and Dyneema running rigging. It has a battened mainsail with lazyjacks, in boom reefing and a headsail furling system. Manual adjustable backstay. All lines led aft. 

Winches:

• 2 x Lewmar 40 self-tailing electric genoa sheet winches 
• 1 x Lewmar 30 self-tailing electric halyard winches
