Nimbus have an excellent reputation for solid build quality and the 310 Coupe is no exception to this. Add in her strong, safe sea keeping traits together with an excellent use of space on board, and you have a seriously capable and comfortable cabin cruiser. 

'Why Knot' has been in her current ownership since 2022 and comes to the market in very good condition throughout. She has a great spec including bow-thruster, full Raymarine electronics suite and a vinyl wrap offering great hull protection.

The Shaft drive Single Yanmar Diesel engine offers an excellent balance of performance and economy for a boat of her size and has been very well maintained throughout it's life. Major service was carried out in September 2025 - details available on request - and she has covered 1,331 hours from new. New anti-fouling and anodes were added late 2025.

A full aft cockpit enclosure extends the living area on board when the weather is less favourable, but allows you to open up the cockpit for entertaining and relaxing in the Sun the rest of the time. The social space on board is very versatile and this is just another tick in the Nimbus 310's box as a terrific couples or family cruiser.

By Car from M27 coming from the West:

• Leave M27 at junction 8, and turn right at the roundabout at the bottom of the sliproad, signposted Hamble A3024
• At the next (Tesco) roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A27/Providence Hill
• Continue for about 1.0 mile then turn right into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights.

By Car from M27 coming from the East:

• Leave M27 at junction 9, and turn left at the roundabout at end of sliproad
• Turn right at next roundabout, signposted Hamble A27
• Continue along A27 for about 3 miles, turn left into Swanwick Marina at traffic lights. Sea Ventures are in an office overlooking the marina

By Rail:

• The nearest station is Bursledon, on the Southampton - Portsmouth line. Nearest mainline is Southampton Airport, on the main London - Southampton line

By Air:

• Swanwick is a 10 minute drive from Southampton Airport.
