The Beneteau Oceanis 423 offers spacious, bright and beautifully appointed accommodation for up to six people in two generous double cabins and a convertible saloon, making her an ideal yacht for extended cruising with family or friends. With over 2 metres of headroom throughout much of the interior, she provides an exceptional sense of space and comfort.
Finished with attractive wood joinery and complemented by cream leatherette upholstery in the saloon, the interior has a warm and contemporary feel. During the winter of 2016/17, both cabin mattresses were upgraded with new 150mm foam cushions covered in quality tweed fabric. The seating in both cabins was recovered to match, and infill cushions were remade to create an additional comfortable double berth in the saloon.
The well-equipped U-shaped galley is perfectly suited for extended cruising, featuring a Force 10 Gourmet Galley three-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, twin stainless-steel sinks, a front-loading Waeco refrigerator, top-loading freezer and generous storage for provisions. The boat is also supplied with cutlery, Corelle and melamine crockery, pots and pans, cooking utensils, teapot, coffee pot, 1 x 12V vacuum and 1 x 240V vacuum cleaner and toaster, allowing the new owner to step aboard and cruise immediately.

History and Construction:
This Beneteau Oceanis 423 was built in 2006 to 2007 specification by Beneteau, in the USA to a Group Finot design. The boat has a white GRP hull with a white superstructure and decks with non-slip surfaces, with stainless steel stanchions, a stainless-steel pulpit, a fin keel with a spade rudder and a self-draining cockpit.
The yacht was built in the USA and fitted out by its first owners, who sailed the yacht in the USA and Caribbean for a year before sailing it to Portugal and Spain, where it was sold to an English family, the second owners. .
The yacht was last out of the water in May 2026 for general maintenance, antifouling, hull polish and anode replacement. The current owner has enjoyed the vessel for the last 10 years in Greek waters until BREXIT, and she was sailed back to the UK in August 2020.

This Beneteau Oceanis 423 has a Bermudan Masthead Sloop rig, with a deck-stepped Aluminium mast and boom, with stainless steel standing rigging from 2007. Equipped with a furling headsail system and a furling inmast mainsail. Due to its age, the stainless-steel standing rigging will need to be changed, and this has been factored into the asking price. The running rigging has been replaced as and when required. This vessel also includes a manually adjustable backstay. The mainsail furling system was overhauled in the autumn of 2025. This Beneteau Oceanis 423 is equipped with a Yanmar 4JHE diesel engine with 54HP, 4-cylinder, indirectly cooled with Morse controls. It has been serviced annually. It has a KM35P gearbox and a Balmar 6-series alternator.
This engine is powering a shaft-driven 3-bladed feathering Max propeller and is supplied by a 200-litre plastic fuel tank. This yacht should achieve a cruising speed of approximately 6 knots and a maximum speed of 8.5 knots. The engine mounts were last replaced in 2017
The yacht also benefits from a through-tunnel Steipner SE80/185 bowthruster with 80Kg 0f thrust that was fitted new in August 2023
Electrical Systems:
This vessel is equipped with 3 x 12V batteries. (2 x 140 AH Exide ES1600 GEL domestic battery replaced in 2022, & 1 x 80AH AGM 800 EK800 engine start battery replaced August 2022.) These batteries are all charged by the engine alternator a Balmar 6-series, 2 x Blue Sky Energy Kyocera solar panels, and via a True Charger battery charger 110V. The yacht has 240V/110V and 12V systems onboard with a Mastervolt Masterlink BTM III battery condition monitor. It has both 110V and 240V sockets around the yacht.
This yacht also benefits from 240-volt shore power, with outlets throughout the vessel, along with a 110volt immersion heater.
