The yacht has been professionally maintained, with brand new hand laid teak across the deck, cockpit and bathing platform between 2019 and 2022.

• The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45 is a successful development of the previous models,  the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.1 and the 45.2.
• Designed by Phillip Briand the wider beam aft provides two very large aft cabins which are well ventilated by three opening hatches. The cockpit table is mounted on a raised platform and this has enabled the designer to fit an opening port at the aft end of the bed in each aft cabin to facilitate air circulation.
• With her twin wheels, fractional rig, furling genoa, part-fully battened main and lazy bag she is a pleasure to sail, easily handled by the present owner and his wife, yet equally at home and comfortable with a crew of 6 people on board. The designer lowered and shaped the cockpit sole in front of each helm enabling larger wheels to be fitted and the cockpit combing has been designed aft of the wheels to provide a comfortable teak laid sitting position for the helmsman.
• There are a number of factory upgrades including a teak cockpit table and spares and equipment too numerous to list.

She is a fast family cruising yacht with luxury fittings in teak and cream leather upholstery.
