The Vancouver is an evolution of the original Robert Harris-designed Vancouver 27. The newer 28 is fractionally longer in the stern and has a slightly raised sheer, providing a little more volume below decks. With no compromises made to suit modern fashions, she is without doubt a yacht designed for short-handed offshore cruising. Examples can be found in all parts of the globe, and this highly capable design has proved itself to be highly dependable. A yacht which will keep going in weathers when far larger yachts have been forced into port.
