FAIRLINE Phantom 40

The Fairline Phantom 40 was designed by Bernard Olesinski, seamlessly combining sporty performance with flybridge comfort. PIRATES CODE underwent a comprehensive SETAG refit in 2025, which included a replacement port engine with the remaining Volvo Penta warranty, new Raymarine electronics, a Fischer Panda generator, tropical air conditioning, new batteries, carpets, and curtains. Her original starboard engine has just 413 hours, offering a 24-knot cruising speed and a 31-knot maximum speed. Her two-cabin, two-head layout is complemented by a spacious saloon, cockpit, and flybridge. She is offered for sale as her owner has upgraded to a larger yacht.

Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised B – Offshore.

 

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Designed by Bernard Olesinski and the Fairline design team.
• Deep ‘V’ forward; 18-degree deadrise aft.
• Full length moulded spray deflectors.
• Superstructure: Isophthalic gelcoat backed by Isophthalic resin-rich powder-bound glass mat.
• All gelcoat and glass fibre laid up by hand, with unidirectional and woven rovings.
