The Cornish Crabber 22 was a later addition to the line of from Cornish Crabbers, conceived to fill the void left as the larger Crabber 24 became heavier and a less practical proposition as a true ‘trailer sailer’. As with all later Cornish Crabber designs the boat was available as a traditional gaff rig with timber mast and spars or with a modern slab reefing mainsail, alloy mast and spars and cutter rig. Robustly built the Cornish Crabber 22 has proven to be an immensely capable small cruiser.
TWIGLETT is a Cornish Cutter 22 variation of the design, featuring the modern cutter rig with alloy spars and slab reefing mainsail. Purchased by her current owners in 2020 she has benefitted from extensive re-fitting and upgrading in the last 6 seasons and is now reluctantly offer for sale as her owners look for a larger yacht.
