This one-owner from new Beneteau First 30 is presented in immaculate condition!

She has been regularly updated throughout this ownership to give rewarding performance sailing, for example a full suite of recent North Sails carbon Laminate sails including a square top main were added, combined with some comfort orientated features such as cabin heating and hot water.

The designer of this era of First 30, the talented Juan Kouyoumdjian is a real shooting star in naval architecture having designed the very successful Club Swan one-designs and Rambler 88 amongst other successful high-performance craft.

This example was delivered new in 2010 to Lake Windermere, and remained there in fresh water until 2023 before moving to Plymouth, Devon.

Accommodation
Up to 6 berths in two double cabins plus two saloon berths.

Twin vee berth with an infill cushion to create a double berth. Overhead opening deck hatch with blind. Open storage shelf along each side of berth.

Galley Area:
A good-sized galley area is located in the port aft saloon corner adjacent to the companionway to the cockpit, equipped with a two-burner Eno gas cooker with oven. Stainless steel basin with monobloc tap providing pressurised H&C water supply. Separate foot-pumped faucet. Vitrifrigo top-opening fridge unit.

Heads compartment:
Separate enclosed heads compartment with a Jabsco ‘Twist-Lock’ manual sea toilet with holding tank discharge
