CNB YACHTS CNB 76

LILLA is a semi-custom CNB 76 designed for transatlantic passages, performance cruising, and luxury charter. A proven bluewater yacht, she has completed multiple Atlantic crossings and achieved success in races such as the Newport - Bermuda Race and Caribbean 600. With her uncompromising quality, she offers excellent seaworthiness, robust construction, and timeless design. The aft cockpit is dedicated to sailing operations, keeping handling separate from the comfort of the spacious main cockpit. Below deck, a generous saloon and well-equipped galley deliver a refined onboard experience, allowing comfort to resume immediately after sailing. Easily managed by a small crew yet capable offshore, LILLA is now ready for new ownership and further adventures.

Construction

RCD Status: Our understanding is that the yacht is exempt from the essential safety requirements of the Recreational Craft Directive as she was built and placed into use within the EU prior to 1998.

 

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• The aluminium hull was stripped back to bare metal in 2020, re-faired and re-painted in Awlgrip Claret.
• The sub deck of aluminium structure was stripped, repaired and TDS teak deck laid in 2021.
• Super structure is aluminium – Awlgrip White painted in 2022.
• All wrap around windows rebedded in 2022.
• The antifoul was redone in October 2024 as well as PropSpeed.

 

Keel & Rudder:

• Keel is lead and through bolted.
• Rudder removed and rudder bearings replaced in 2010.
• Last inspection in Carloforte in 2025.

Machinery

Engine & Gearboxes:

• 1 x Yanmar 4LHA-DTP 200hp diesel engine (1999), with Hurth reduction gearbox.
• Main engine under saloon floor – easy access by lifting boards.
• Engine  head removal for complete overhaul, including valve seats, gaskets, and restoration of the intake and exhaust valve guides, injectors overhaul.  Thermostat replacement and compression test. Replacement of rubber hoses, replacement of  seawater impeller. Replacement of engine exhaust hose in the lazarette area. Epoxy primer applied and repainting carried out. Engine test performed with satisfactory results.
• New turbo, new injectors, new injection pump all done in France end 2023.
• Gearbox cooler replaced 2021.

Maintenance & Performance:

• Approx. engine hours: 7,647 at June 2026.
• Speed under engine: max 10 knts; cruising speed 8.5 knts.

 

Propulsion & Steering:

• MaxProp feathering 3 blade propeller.
• Propspeed applied June 2024.
• Side Power D250 24V retractable bow thruster.
• Wheel / wire quadrant steering system – replaced 2022.
• New cutlass bearings June 2024.
• New Tides Marine Shaft seal June 2024.

Electrical Systems

Voltage Systems:

• 24V system.

 

Battery Banks:

• AGM house batteries replaced in Italy in 2025 with ENERPOWER SLC 140-12.
• 2 x engine start batteries ENERPOWER SLC 140-12.
• Generator start battery replaced in 2024.
• 4 x Optima bow thruster batteries, 75Ah each.

 

Battery Chargers:

• Mastervolt Chargemaster Plus automatic battery charger 24/110-2.
• Mastervolt Chargemaster 12/50-3.
• Victron MultiPlus 3000s 70 inverter.

 

Alternators:

• Service alternator.
• Engine start battery alternator.

 

Generator:

• Kohler 16 kw generator.
• Overhauled in 2023.
• Replacement of the water impeller, cleaning of the heat exchanger 2025.
• Generator hours: 2,826 at June 2026.

 

Shore Power:

• 230V.
• Marinco 50A 125/250V.

Plumbing Systems

Fresh Water & Water Heating System:

• New water heater 2025 Isotherm 50 lt.
• Electrical water pressure system – new pump and accumulator 2012.
• Water heating via engine heat exchanger and 220V.

 

Watermaker:

• New October 2023.
• Dessalator Pro / Pro-Auto Compact.
• 250 litres per hour.
• Only 26 hours of life.

 

Bilge Pumps:

• Complete bilge pump system overhaul in 2025.
• Manual bilge pumps forward and aft.
• 5 automatic electric bilge pumps.
• Separate engine room bilge pump with manual function only.

Tankage

Fuel:

• Fuel system re-piped in stainless steel for commercial certification in 2010.
• 2,600 litres / 572 gallons in 2 x aluminium structural tanks.

 

Fresh Water:

• 3,000 litres / 600 gallons in 4 x aluminium structural tanks.
• Filtering system for galley water and ice-maker.
• New Grohe faucets in the galley and all the heads.

 

Grey/Blackwater Holding Tanks:

• 3 x grey water tanks forward, amidships and aft.
• 2 x black water tanks forward with both discharge from the deck and in sea.
• Fridge condense water inserted in a middle greywater tank (under the floor board in the galley).

Navigation Equipment

• Touch screen monitor at helm, mirroring the Navigation PC with Time Zero navigation software present at chart table.
• Most of the navigation equipment was upgraded in 2021.
• 4 x Raymarine i70 at the helm.
