Southerly 105

This Southerly 105 lifting keel yacht has the potential to be a fantastic sailing boat with huge amounts of space and capacity to even possibly liveaboard. Sadly, due to ill health, the boat has not been used for several years and is thus in need of some TLC and money spending on her to bring it back to its potential, hence why it is being sold as an as is where is Project. However, although a project boat, it is by no means a lost cause. In 2007 it had a new Beta BV1505 Engine fitted and it’s electronics, whilst not new, are by no means excessively old. Furthermore, its sails, particularly its Genoa, appear quite crisp and serviceable. Even better, when the current Owner purchased the boat in 2017, it was coded and surveyed for commercial use (chartering), which it passed and we have the certificate etc. Down below, the yacht is relatively clean and has been emptied ready for its next Owner. This boat has huge potential and is being offered at a very low price to allow her new Owner to spend on and upgrade it. It is currently lying ashore in Southampton.
