 WILL BE HELD VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS ON 7th JULY 2025
START TIME: 15:00 UK TIME

 As proposed at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, this Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened to present the Financial Review for the financial year 2024/25 of YBDSA (Holdings) Ltd.

Traditionally, this review is delivered at the Annual General Meeting. However, by presenting it earlier in the calendar year—closer to the financial year-end—we aim to provide a more timely and relevant overview of the company’s financial performance.
