Press Release: New YBDSA Team Members Lallie & Umit. Here to Help the Association in Moving Forward

The team at the YBDSA are pleased to announce some staff changes which are designed to enhance the service the Association is able to offer its membership and clients.
First up is Lallie Wadham who is the YBDSA’s new Membership Coordinator who will be handling communications with new and existing members of the association. Lallie comes to us with over 20 years’ experience customer service and retail experience and is looking forward to getting stuck into the role of Membership Coordinator. Lallie is passionate about building relationships and networks as well as working together with members to uphold the high values they represent within the Maritime Industry. Lallie is very excited to join the YBDSA team and will be working alongside the team in the office and all of the membership over the coming months, despite COVID setbacks.

Another new member of the YBDSA team is Umit Caglayan who is the new Digital Marketing Executive and will be handling the associations marketing moving forward. Umit Joined the team in mid-September and has been getting to know the industry and some of the members within it so that she can get a better understanding of how to approach communications with members in the future. She is a Journalism and Media BA(Hons) graduate from the University of Portsmouth with previous experience in digital marketing with a tech start-up and a key interest in consumer psychology and behavioural economics.
