WE ARE OPEN AS USUAL FOR MEMBERS AND THE MARINE COMMUNITY
Published: 27 March 20
As the worldwide effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve, we would like to assure our Clients and Members that ABYA & YDSA are open as usual.
We have implemented measures to maintain remote access to our office systems, phones and emails and we can still complete day-to-day functions without any challenges.
Coding, Tonnage Measurements, VAT Enquiries are all still progressing as normal. For how this impacts SCV Coded vessels, please read our article Impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on MCA SCV Codes of Practice.
We are all firmly committed to the health and safety of our employees, our Members and the wider marine community. We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and will be updating all of our Members with the relevant public health guidance as and when it changes.
Travel to trade shows and exhibitions will be very limited for the foreseeable future, but you can still reach out by phone or email in the usual way if you would like to get in touch. Use the following links to keep up-to-date with the latest guidance for ABYA and YDSA.
We extend our sincere thanks to all of our amazing employees and Members around the world for their ongoing efforts during this unprecedented time.
Jane Gentry, Chief Executive Officer of YBDSA, ABYA and YDSA
